What a delightful find! I popped in for a takeaway, and the staff were warm and welcoming, making the experience even better. The fish was golden and flaky, just how I like it, and the chips had a lovely crunch. I did have to wait a little longer than expected, but the taste was well worth it! I’ll definitely be back for more, especially to try their homemade curry sauce next time. A fantastic local gem!

I’ve been a regular at this fish shop for a few months now, and it never fails to impress! The fish is always cooked to order, which really makes a difference in freshness. I often go for the haddock, and it’s consistently fantastic. The chips are perfectly seasoned, and I love how they offer a variety of side options. One small suggestion would be to have more seating available. It can get quite busy, and I often have to wait outside for my order. But the friendly staff make the wait worthwhile. Overall, a wonderful place to indulge in some classic fish and chips, and perfect for family outings. I can’t recommend it enough!

This fish shop has quickly become my go-to spot for takeaway! Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a smile, and the service is always speedy. The fish is cooked to a golden brown, and the flavours are spot on. The chips are fluffy and the perfect complement to the fish. I particularly enjoy the homemade mushy peas—they are simply delightful! The only thing I would love to see is a few more dessert options; a nice piece of cake would be a great addition. Still, it’s hard to fault such a lovely place, and I’ll keep coming back for that amazing fish and chips!

The batter was light and crispy, and the portion sizes are generous, which is always a bonus. The chips were also top-notch, cooked just right without being greasy. The only minor issue was that the seating area felt a bit cramped during peak hours. It could benefit from a little more space for customers waiting for their orders. However, the service was quick, and the staff were friendly, making the experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning to explore more of their menu. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for tasty fish and chips!

Absolutely loved my experience! The fish was fresh and perfectly crispy, and the chips were fluffy inside. I appreciated the generous portions too. The only thing I could suggest is maybe adding a few more sauces to the menu; I love a good tartare! Overall, highly recommended for a quick and delicious meal.
